If its on a disk you can rip a copy to the computer. If its on a card then it just needs to be downloaded. I dont know how to download video from a tape though. But after it IS on the computer then the site i listed above would be a good way to share the video here with others.

PS. Im glad i used the "preview message" button before posting. I spelled "disk" with a "c" instead of a "s" and corrected it!
