It's an AOL.com IP address that gets rotated around regardless of where you are in the country. (World?) If you look around long enough on the chipboard, you will note that there are several posters whose posts are associated with that particular IP. One other thing to note when looking at IP addresses associated with posts, most people are assigned dynamic IP addresses so that will change from time to time.
