Read the grading description pannel. NGC is one of largest and is out of Florida created muti-holed slabs to hold such things as proof sets and any group of items that would go in sets. They struck a deal with HSN to slab the shoe chips as an experment to see if the muti-holded slabs would fly and if they would catch on also to see if they could work a multi holed slab in their process of grading and slabing.
