OK. The VERY last Stardust pic sad D-Day

D-Day has finally arrived. Excitement is filling the air. Tents and bleachers are being set up in the Frontier parking lot. TV crew vans are also in attendance. Construction equipment is stationed all around the site ready to clear all the debris and personal memories from the site, in preparation of the next Vegas Mega-Resort. People are walking around looking for the best vantage points to see one of the last and most famous pieces of Vegas history become history. Will you be there. Man that kinda reads like an exciting novel LOL! Man that place brings out the Poet Laureate in me! grin

Blah-blah, anywho, I went today and took some pics from several different spots looking for the best place to watch the implosion. To me, the best place is on top of Cir Cir parking garage BUT to hear the countdown and all the hoopla, it would be near the Frontier. They have big spotlights all around the tower and it also looks like they will be imploding the Royal Nevada wing also.

The news is still being kinda hush-hush about the implosion. They said tonite it would happen between 1-4am. But coverage will be at 2 am, go figure.

Here is the last pic b4 it becomes dust, enjoy............
