There was a report in one of the newspapers here in the UK this week that there had been an error and that a quantity of dollar coins had been minted without the words, and so while not unique apparantly some are out there.

I thought at the time that even if this had happened it was unlikely that they would have gotten past the quality control checks that currency usually goes through (certainly in the UK and I suspect in the US as well) and so even if they were made, they would have been unlikely to make it into general circulation. From memory there was no source quoted in the article, but I can see if I still have it (this week's papers are bundled ready for recycling!)
