A little info for some of our newer members, Every year for convention Debra Meister does a whole bunch of grab bags for our convention. This is a building fund project that Deb thought up, puts in more time and work than you would beleive, and it's very successfull. She gets nothing for her efforts except the gratitude of me and the club. Although I understand the fustration of not being able to attend the convention and participate in this activity, please keep in mind it is done every year for the convention. To add anymore work, such as mailing the bags would not only take the randomeness out of it, it would also diminish the fun of knowing as an attendee you were loosing out on something special.
