But I think certain terms would be better with a formal club definition (IMO).
As for Kleenex, they fought a lawsuit to protect their name. Bayer lost the name aspirin. Coke and pepsi send reps into various locations to make sure that there name does not become generic. So I am sure that Kleenex wants you to try harder.
