That allows to rate how much a pain in the butt a buyer was! Did they leave you a thousand emails AFTER you told them the chip had already shipped? Did they complain you wrapped up the chip TOO well? or that you shouldn't be paying for delivery confirmation when you could get it cheaper by doing it online (this one is for you Barry H!)
