Do you have a catagory for NPIP (Never put in play) or NDTC (Never delivered to Casino). Seems to me that if the chips were made by the OEM before a closing but not delivered, the chips are not fakes or counterfeits or knockoffs, the chips are genuine period. Now the big ethical question is, does the the OEM have right to market these as XXX Casino Chips? IMO the answer is no. They should only be sold with a disclaimer as NDTC. I know I recently bought chips made for a lodge in NH and never delivered due to non payment. The OEM in this case, informed me of the status. As I bought multiples, I informed everyone in my post for sale the status. This is the way it should be.
