I picked this up yesterday for a song. I am trying to ID it and I think I got it in Campiglia's book, but I am having trouble in Seymour's.

The chip is bright pink. I am not sure why the scanner picks it up as white. The denoms are red, but there are a couple of possibilities in the guide.

Any help is appreciated.

If anyone knows the scan solution, I'd love to hear that too.
