The crap game I described eventually moved to the 2nd floor of either 5th or 6th and Monmouth, south east corner, would have been late 60's. Real nice apartment and they also had a cash BJ game. Clyde Demming ran it after the original owner died. Clyde might have been the backer before the guy died.
I went to River Downs many times with Clyde.
Clyde only bet one race a day and everyone of them won. I learned real quick to only bet when Clyde did and not ask questions. grin

Clyde moved to LV late 60's and became a bookie. He actually sat in Caesars, Stardust, Frontier, etc race books and booked horses from the customers. Last time I saw him was at the Stardust roughly 1985-89.
