Some people are absolutley adamant that these chips are not from Vegas. If that is the case, how are they attributed to any other location? Is it a "I know a guy, who knew a guy, whose old man used to play there" sort of thing or can someone track the chips to a delivery address?

Also if these chips are not from Vegas, what chips were used by the Las Vegas Thunderbird in the late 40's?

I have searched the archives and have yet to see a post where this were put to rest. Anyone able to attribute the chips origin?
