The plan to pay for Harrah's --- it's the usual way to find the funding for this kind of purchase but I suspect when the shouting is over, the land sold, casinos sold, etc. that Harrah's will be back where it was. Shame. Hate to lose the Rio and some others to capitalist adventure.
