just dont have sharp items or small animals around when ya do . it is hard but its better in the long run.i have got a lot of peeps to quit they said if i could do it they can.hope ya can do it i really do fell better for doing it.this sounds weird but i thought of the little engine that could."i think i can,i think i can".
and i have a sign in my office that says"if you can do it,if ya cant try it".its for my disablity
