NCR I lost 30 lbs. in 30 days

Well, actually, I lost 32 pounds since January 5th–a little less than 30 days. I’ll tell you how momentarily but first I must warn you or better said, alert you of the fact that although I did it, doesn’t mean that you can. But if you really want to, you should be able to lost quite a bit.

Losing weight or for that matter quitting smoking or anything else can only be done if you truly are in the mind set to do it. It will be 20 years on March 27th that I quite smoking (cold turkey) and the only reason I was able to do it was because I finally made up my mind that I really wanted to. I was looking for an excuse and found one when I went to one of those free health clinics and was told my blood pressure was up. Of course I knew the reason for that was the fact that I was in the middle of the tax season and very busy and it was normal for me to have increase in blood pressure during that time. But, I found a reason to quit and took it. Strictly mind control. Was it easy to do? After 35 years of smoking and inhaling pipes and cigarettes, what do you think?

In any case, It is now 20 years and 60 pounds of additional weight later and I’ve had it. So I decided to use the same principal of losing weight as I did for smoking. If I can keep it up and lose more or even just maintain what I’ve lost so far, I don’t know. Like most fat people, I’ve lost probably a thousand pounds or so throughout the years just to put it back on again. But I have all intentions of trying.

Ok, enough of the background. Here’s how I did it. And again, you may not be able to it as I did UNLESS you really have the mental desire to.

I ate only salads (with dressing) in the late mornings or early afternoon only. As much as I wanted but never after 1:00 or 2:00 P.M. Sometimes it was tuna salad, sometimes chicken salad but most of times it was just a dinner salad. I would drink as much of chicken or beef bullion as I desired and that was it.

I never snacked on anything after that. The weight just came off–fast– and the faster I lost it, the more more determined I got. Surprisingly, I never felt hunger, never got a headache. I does work. I proved it and it will work for you as well if you really want it to.

I am making this state of achievement public for a very special reason. Since I am being bold enough to brag upon my achievement, It might help me go further and lose more so I won’t have to hang my head in shame when you once again see me the convention this year by gaining it all back.

Oh yes, this morning I ate a 12 oz steak for the first time in a month. But as before, I am eating nothing until tomorrow mornng
