I see them all the time at yard sales and antiques stores and from a slight distance, they always look like chips!!!

From the 20's? Those are very earlier on. I am a former Scout and still have some of the items from my scounting days (late 60's).

In the absence of anyone specifically chiming in here, I would suggest a "search" of eBay. I did that with my stuff just to see if they were collectible, yet. But alas, not yet!
