I've dealt with her. She/he ( i think it's actually a guy if I'm correct) and it was a similar thing. I can always tell her auctions and I stay away from them, because I know 1 to 2 of the chips will be real and the rest will be cheap vegas chips that you can get at gift shops (not my idea of fantasy chips, but whatever).

I probably won't bid on his stuff anymore, unless there is one chip II really need.

There is usually a pic of the chips, but far enough away that you can't really make out the chips.

I gave pos feedback, because I was new and really wanted one of the chips in the lot.
