Yeah, I think I remember seeing that. I went by kind of quickly, so I'm not possitive, but I thought the most likely spot was an empty lot next to the tracks.

I've got a couple different sources for the address. One places it at 3 North, the other at 3 South. Since there's only a few feet of difference I opted to leave this info out, but it probably would determine which side of the tracks it was on.
