Doug...my opinions...

1. Assuming the $1's and $5's are of common (or of similar value relative to the denomination), I would not trade 5 $1's for 1 $5 (nor would I expect someone to do so for me). I do not think there are many members that would (if you are reading this and are willing, please send me an e-mail grin).
2. Making the same assumption as above, I would want no less than 3 $1's in exchange for a $5 (and not a 7:3 ratio as you put forth).
3. The trade values you placed on those chips all seem fair to me.
