If I may respond to your question. There are a few ways to shed your collection. There are obviously issues other than simply getting the most for your chips.

If you want to find the quickest way to unload all of your chips, there are a number of individuals who buy whole collections, mostly for their chip businesses. There are a number of respectable folks who do that (Mulkey and Spragg jump to mind, but there are others as well). That would be the easiest and quickest way, probably not the most lucrative.

You could place each chip (or small groups of chips) on ebay. A variation of that theme would be to offer for sell the chips here. Fred asked what you have regarding $1 chips (my collecting interest as well). If you decide to sell them here, scans and lists would need to be created.

You may have seen a number of collectors, who post multiple scans of several chips each specifying a set price (ie a $1 over face). These plans could generate more total, but would require time and effort (as well as cost associated with shipping the chips.
