Lets see he charged you $2.25 to ship 2 chips from Las vegas to you. Did the postage say $2.55 on the envelope? Or was it less then $2.55

I just got 6 chips from Las Vegas and it only cost the member less then a $1.00 to ship them to me in a bubble mailer

If it was me I'd be happy with my deal, give him postive feedback and forget about the 13¢. In the future (since you emailed him and mentioned the postage due) he may block you from bidding on his auctions becuase you had emailed him and was unhappy with paying the 13¢ due.

Already had this happen to me once before.
