Ok here's what I know...I believe in Dwayne. There is no human being in the world that I know of that knows Reno as does Dwayne...He wrote the "Rise of the Biggest Little City" and several others...Simply put, no one is better than him...He's my good friend.

So, In regard to the Ernie Primm Club and the Allen Boyd Club, here is his response:

I have no knowledge of an Allen Boyd Casino.

The EPC chips, I have heard of, but have no idea if they were from Ernie Primm, or not. I would "guess" that it is just a story that sounds good. But that is only a guess. There never was an Ernie Primm Club in Reno.
