If you're thinking of setting up a new website using a new domain name, DotEasy has a program called the Super Budy Program running right now. As long as you pay DotEasy for domain registration and continue to pay for renewal, they will host your site for free. Domain registration costs $25 per year for a .com domain, less if several years at a time. You can't have a site that uses CGI, Front Page extensions, PHP or some other stuff with the free hosting, but a basic website works fine.
