Howdy's original photos tell us that USPC was shipping Large Crown mold chips to T.R. King prior to WWII. I would think it's quite obvious that your material came from the plant... and I also think that it's safe to quote that most of what Howdy shot were records of "Special Order" material made between 1911 and 1938...
