Chris, I've only been to a couple releases at the Palms, so there are others who can add to what I say. If you only collect the lower denominations you probably don't have to be there very early, as they order more of those. However, there are not as many of the $100 chips produced, and the "Year of" chips are quite popular with the Asian players. Better safe than sorry. By the way, Palms is the most "chipper friendly" casino in the world, and the cage personnel are very helpful. It will be a pleasant experience.
