Here are a few Purple Gang related items that I've acquired recently.

First, is an original theatre lobby poster from 1959. It measures 14" x 36", numbered 59/401 as well as the listed release year.

Next, is a a True Detective Mysteries magazine from March, 1934 with a long 12 page story on the Purple Gang.

Sorry Ed...I know you really wanted this too, but there was no way I could let this little baby live anywhere but with me! I'm just lucky you missed the poster. I just happened to run across it with a buy it now price and without any hesitation at all, hopped right on it. Once in a while, I just plain get lucky.

I plan to carefully scan the story and to make it available for my chipper friends to read and enjoy.

I will be bringing 25 printed copies with me to the Arizona Charlies show, and will give a copy to anyone who comes up to me and says "My, you're looking awfully Purple today"
