From what I gathered by reading all the posts above, it appears to me that Tracy was trying to spread the chips around and make more people happy.

That's a nice gesuture on his part but it sounds like that maybe that was done at the expense of a few others. When I say "expense" I don't just mean the money side of it.

In my opinion (and hindsight is always 20/20), maybe the best course of action would have been to "propose" a change in order your for the sake of helping out other chippers. If I proposed that to you and you said "no" to me, then I'd feel obligated to sell you the two chips. Especially if I cashed your check.

With that said, I believe Tracy is a good guy and know you are too. I hope you guys eventually get it worked out.
