Not such a pain. Easy steps to send CC pymt ......
In Response To: Pay-Pal, Can be a REAL PAIN ()

Sorry about your problem. About PayPal:

(1) It is a good idea (for a number of reasons) to have two PayPal accounts. Keep one with a zero cash balance so you can easily send credit card-funded payments. (I have a Personal PP acct and a Business PP acct.) PP doesn't mind if you have more than one PP account. I think you must have a different email address for each account, and I think that if you connect your PayPal account to a bank account, it must be different bank accounts.

(2) Even with one PP account that has a cash balance, you can still send credit card payments if you go through these not difficult steps: (a) send your entire PP balance to an email address that does not have a PP account -- it could be to a friend, relative or one of your own email addresses that does not have a PP account. (Since the email address does NOT have a PP acct, the payment will remain in limbo/uncompleted.); (b) then send out the PP payment to the seller; be sure to specify the credit card funding option, which appears on the final page of the Send Payment process; and (c) then, finally, cancel the payment you sent in (a), above, to restore your cash balance to your PP account. It is very easy to do. On your main PP page for your account, you just click the "cancel" (or whatever it is called) button beside the entry, which is, of course, uncompleted.
