I remember the eBay auction well...

and the listing was just as Jim Follis presented in his letter. The auction stated that "you would get the chips pictured below" and pictured below were many rare and high dollar obsolete Vegas chips. And I believe that Josh's auction did note that the chips that the auction was truly meant to sell used the same "HCE"-type mold that was used for those old high dollar chips. When I ran across that auction myself, I thought of bidding on them myself to do the same thing that Jim Follis did...but only as a joke.

If you were to follow that auction by the letter of the law, those high dollar chips should have been included...common sense would dictate otherwise. What is important for me to know in this whole thing is whether the eventual buyer (Jim Follis) contacted the seller (dice702) and raised the question prior to placing his bid and whether or not "dice702" (Josh) responded to Mr. Follis prior to bid closing if a question was raised.

In my opinion, this kind of cr@p hurts the image of the ccgtcc and its members more than all of the petty bickering that we see going on here. sad Steve B

Thanks for your response, Josh...
Agreed. And there's no reason for it.
Hey Josh...
