If I remember correctly the amount of silver is about .6 oz each. I run into coin dealers and pawn shops that just won't believe that there is not 1 1/4 oz of silver in each one. I recently had one guy insist that he was correct - he said he sold them to melters that paid him for the 1 1/4 Oz.
