Of course. If they are built on land I don't consider them riverboats. The Island View is already designated that way at chipguide.com, as are The Palace and a couple others.

I need some clarification though as I am getting conflicting information from different people. If the casino floats in a river, the ocean, a pond, a lake or is on a barge surrounded by water, then I consider it a riverboat. What is your take on the casinos that have reopened. Which ones past my test for a riverboat and which ones don't as far as you can tell?
