For most the subject is enough to bring a frown. But when you have basiclly spent the last 100 plus days at home except for the short visit to work, this trip should feel good. Hope to spend a half day at work.

Today, we ship out a pizza crust manufacturing line that makes 180, 12 inch diameter crusts per minute. This production is done on 2, 90 crusts per minute lines. In 1998 we were doing 15 crusts per minute, per line. Over the last 9 years, we've been able to keep the same engineering / manufacturing team together 100% and can really see the benifits. Talk about speed, we also are able to do approx. 36,000 THIRTY SIX THOUSAND 6 inch tortilla's per hour on our "Flying Head Press"

Again, I'm sure most that are up at this hour headed out the door, wish they could stay home. I guess if I call it a visit, the doctor can't get upset, as I'm on a no work order till at least Feb 16th.
