That I picked up from Armin at the last convention, does not indicate these chips with a number on the reverse. The set with OUT numbers on the reverse states that a 1,000 were made and valued at $15 - $25 per chip but the price for a complete set may be a little bit more then the price of each chip.

Of course, what someone is willing to pay for these is another mater entirely.
