I said I agreed. Both examples are stealing.
I wasn't justifying thievery. I simply indicated there were various degrees of same.
Here's a scenario: Two people are walking out of a casino. One is me with several roulette chips on my person. The other has a slot machine on a two wheeler and proceeding out the door. If there is only one security person on hand, who is going to be stopped? Certainly not the senior citizen with roulette chips on her person.
Of course this is just a scenario, since I'm not a roulette chip harvester.
Do you carry a gun? If so, I'm NEVER visiting the Palms. I could just see it now... "But this woman has stolen roulette chips on her person. She's a thief..."
