Well John, my W.A.G. is that these were roulettes from the high rollers casino that Sr. had on the 7th floor of his "store" in conjunction with "The Fun Room", his showplace for entertainment. However, there does seem to be an overabundance of numbers on the roulettes as 1 - 6 and 10 - 15, even a 101 listed in TCR. I've got a source I'm gonna question about how many wheels the Smiths had going and what configuration the gaming floor setup played in the day.

Of, course, I could be COMPLETELY wrong so feel free to scoff! vbg
