I think you should at least acknowledge those people who looked at the facts and said you were a victim of circumstance, not a burglar...

I read the stolen chips thread and to me, it was a tidbit (hey, here's some of the same chips) followed by a few "I don't think so's" and an attempt at humor ("he broke in, took pictures and if they sell, plans to break in and take the chips" then another few "I don't think so's".

All in all, at least in the public threads, I think the board was pretty fair to you. Of course, I don't know what threats you received in private. But it might have been better left to deal with those things in private...
