Once upon a time there was a banana merchant who did the Miami/New Orleans run (took 7 days back then) who also liked to frequent gambling halls on his trips. Anyway, there were two of these chips in his collection; both virtually unused.

I sold one to a well-known chip/coin dealer at a show for $300... and he turned the chip for $325 that same day.

The chip is common in used condition...
