I bought several of these on eBay to get one that I didn't have in the collection. I have three extras like this. It appears to be nickel silver, 39 mm in diameter (chip size, not dollar size). This is similar to catalog 925.0 in the Promo Token book but is a single metal and not "antiqued".

These were made some years ago in several varieties and metals, apparently to be sold in gift shops. Replica of a 1878 US dollar on the obverse, and a showgirl on the reverse. They are dated 1981 in very small numerals.

Similar tokens were made with a hotel name and image in place of the showgirl. I've seen them for Maxim, Landmar, Sahara, Castaways, and the Convention Center. If you have any of the casino versions to sell or trade, let me know. I know I need Maxim.
