Has anyone else had problems with Joe Benon (aka mrjoeb on eBay)?

He ships in a standard envelop with a single sheet of thin paper inside. Due to poor packing the chips are either damaged or break free of their flimsy envelope during shipping. I was burned once with this chip which he replaced after contacting him with pictures of the damaged chip, but I was stupid and traded with him again.

This time the 3 loose chips broke a slit in the side of the envelope and made their escape during shipping (while the 3 chips I sent him are up for sale on eBay now)! It’s one thing for the post office to lose a package, but another if the sender doesn’t package the chips well enough for shipping. After several e-mails he offered to take $1 off the next 3 auctions I win. LOL...fat chance.

Any suggestions on what I should do about Joe Benon?
