The Billionaire Club and the Beach Club were one and the same place.I believe the order was made for the Beach Club but was changed to the Billionaire Club to match the Million Dollar Pier name. BC found on the chips could stand for either. The Million Dollar Pier was built and operated by G R K Carter (always went by R K Carter) and was located at the tip of what is now South Beach near the entrance to Goverment Cut (the current entrance to the Port of Miami) Directly next door to the Pier entrance was South Beach Kennel Club also built by Carter. Rudy Leavitt was known to operate gambling during that time period and (not totally proven) that Leavitt and Carter got toghether and Carter had a piece of the action allowing the gambling to occur on the pier while he ran the track. The percentage that Carter had of the gambling has not been determined
