and there really isn't any easy way to do it. What does help is to do up a description, etc. with EVERYTHING you want to say including info on postage, and anything else you can think of. Then you can just copy and past it into the description box with it gets to that point. That step saves a lot of time. I can list an item in 2 minutes, and I have dial-up service, which is really slow.
