Re: Is a Racino considered a Casino?
In Response To: Guinness Record Holder ()

I think NY has 8 Racino's now. No tables games, just VLT (video lottery terminals) and they are TITO.

I was at Vernon Downs on saturday after hunting. Only stayed a half hour, got my slot card and a TITO for my small collection (only collect casino's I visit). Nice operation, they should help the dying Horse Industry in New York. For a small operation (only 777 machines) they should get the people who don't want to go to the Turning Stone to lose rofl

So is a Racino considered a Casino?

Any comments on this? I'd like to hear them.
