In response to several emails, contacts and comments from Club Members - starting with this Sunday's A C CLUB MEETING we will be trying a NEW and streamlined agenda for our business portion of the meetings. Shown below is our NEW meeting agenda.

A C CLUB MEETING AGENDA

11:00 A.M. Doors open for Members and guests – (pass out badges, register guests-get their names – give them Club membership applications, sell 50/50 raffle tickets, submit items for the Auction, set up tables for trading, do some trading and socializing ).

11:45 A.M. – Club business meeting promptly begins- no trading or selling during the meeting.

A. Open the meeting and have introductions of NEW members and guests.

B. Secretary reads the minutes of the last meeting.

C. Treasure gives his report.

D. Reports from Vice President and Membership Officer.

E. Presidents Report – new and old business and members comments, etc.

F. Guest Speaker, Special Presentation or Educational Exhibit – 20 minute max.

G. Do the 50/50 Raffle Drawing – winners will have money to spend on chips, auction items, etc.

H. Club Auction – no more than 15 to 20 lots. We will sell items as quickly as possible.

12:45 PM or Earlier - Meeting will be adjourned – NO more than one hour !!!!!

12:45 PM - UNTIL??? – Room will be open for trading/ buying, socializing etc.

The above format puts a limit on the Club Business Meeting of one hour. This will be the standard schedule for all meetings so members can better plan their time for these meetings.

THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS WOULD LIKE TO THANK ALL THE MEMBERS WHO TOOK THE TIME TO OFFER SUGGESTIONS AND CONSTRUCTIVE CRITISIM IN AN EFFORT TO MAKE THE MEETINGS BETTER.
