I'd agree with Don, no way is George Strait #1. He's not even the #1 "George" in country music. Here is CMT's list of the Top 40 men of country music. (And if you added in women such as Patsy Cline, Tammy Wynette, etc. I'm sure Strait wouldn't even be in the top ten.
