Mark - not to argue but my boss was simply stating a fact, not necessarily deriding the people who did the job. He was probably upset that they made more money than he did and he was the manager of of the Mechanical Engineering Dept. As far as the rest of what I said I was simply pointing out that there are lots of people who have to work long hours and lots of others who don't even understand the concept of overtime.
