You might contact Doug Saito as he showed a picture of a Keno ticket at the Chip Chat seminar at the convention and may have found some other info.

I went thru my 40+ Fallon street scene RPPC's and used a magnifying glass to inspect the signage...Nothing Harrah's.

I have not heard back from Dwayne Kling. I posed this question to him a long time ago and hopefully he has found something to help.
