Moe was given the job of getting the LV Stardust open after Tony Cornero died on the crap table at the DI.
Tony had way over sold shares in the LV Stardust to two different Mafia famlies, one being Cleveland Syndicate, (Moes company )

Tony did himself a favor by pitching forward dead on the crap table.

Danny Nason whos Father and Uncle were partners with Moe in The Arrowhead Inn in Cincinnati, was the pit boss in the crap pit the night Tony rolled the "BIG" seven and out.
