For all we know, some small casino, in some out of the way place, may, one day use these for their chips. Perhaps for NCV's, but hey who knows. And if that happens, then those chips will be "casino collector" wanted and it will be nice to know of the origin.

But even if they don't achieve that degree of use, they will exist years from now as customs, or even possibly as illegal operations of this era. Again, who knows.

But by recording it here (thechipboard) it will be a ready resource for collectors later on.
