Within a few minutes of my last post I found part of the answer to my own question.

The name of the Country is the Republic of Molossia. It is located in Dayton Nevada near Reno. The President is Kevin Baugh. The website is Molossia.org. This is one of many such nations worldwide that are commonly referred to as Micronations.

Still need to know if anyone has a chip from Molossia.
