I just got off the phone with someone at this casino. They will be having a invitation only opening on October 28th. Indiana gaming commission will then go in and do their inspections. If everything goes good, they should be open to the public on November 3rd and i'll be there for chips! If you would like some chips from there please let me know. I will be charging an average of what other new release services charge, which is:
